Questions before you start.
What happens after the trial?
Your 10-day trial gives you full access — no card needed to start. When the trial ends, Kasa pauses and you'll see a prompt to add a payment method to resume. Nothing is charged automatically; you're only billed once you choose to continue. Your uploaded documents stay put while it's paused.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings, with no minimum commitment. You won't be charged from the following month onward, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your uploaded documents remain stored on your account.
What counts as a “question”?
Any prompt you send in the chat counts as one question toward your monthly allowance — including follow-ups in the same conversation and questions asked in Analysis mode.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your documents are yours — they're never used to train AI models, and only you, through your own account, can access them. Files are stored securely with encryption in transit. We don't sell or share your data.
